• Seventy-five percent of all calls come from private residences.

• Health-care facilities including hospitals, pharmacies, doctor’s offices and clinics account for 16.5% of calls.

• Five percent of calls originate from workplace locations.

• The remainder come from public locations including automobiles, schools and day-care centers.
